Brownfield development in London
LSAD were appointed by a Housing Association to negotiate a JV where the RSL would purchase the S106 component of a new residential development on a brownfield site in London.
We are advising the RSL who purchased the S106 element of the scheme, and we are managing the requirements on it's behalf. We have also become actively involved in the design and specification of the rest of the project on behalf of the developer.
The development comprises 68 family residential dwellings, Communal recreational areas, 3no retail shops, commercial office space and an undercroft car parking facility.

The project is due to complete mid 2017 at a cost of £17M
