LSAD were appointed to design and project manage the fit-out of a new Mikvah in London.

 

The Mikvah required the installation of extensive mechanical ventilation and plumbing plant. The Mikvah comprises 3 bathing pools that are capable of being maintained at temratures in access of 44 degrees C, as well as 14 ultra high performance showers and 14 public WC facilities. In total the demands required a hot water system capable of efficient running at loadings of 600 kw/h.

 

We produced a detailed design package for the finishes and MEP, we managed the procurement and successsfully delivered to completion at a cost of around £300K
